Everything implant-related, under one roof

From your first scan to the final crown, every stage happens here, with the same team. No referrals elsewhere and no surprises along the way.

Single tooth implants

We replace one tooth without filing down the teeth either side. The titanium implant acts as the root, topped with a crown that looks and works just like a natural tooth.

All-on-4 / All-on-6

A full arch of fixed teeth supported by 4 or 6 implants. In many cases, patients leave the clinic with a fixed temporary bridge on the very same day.

Bone grafting

Where bone has shrunk after an old extraction, we rebuild it with biomaterials and resorbable membranes, so your implant has firm, long-term support.

Sinus lift

Around the upper back teeth, the bone can be too thin because of the sinus. We gently lift the sinus membrane to make room for the implant, under local anaesthetic.

Guided implant surgery

Your implant is planned on screen, then a 3D-printed surgical guide is made. Surgery is quicker, more precise and usually needs no large incisions in the gum.

Implant crowns

Zirconia or pressed ceramic crowns, made by our partner laboratory from a digital impression. The shade is matched to the rest of your teeth.

Surgical extractions

We gently remove failing teeth, including impacted wisdom teeth, preserving as much bone as possible for a future implant.

Conscious sedation

For nervous patients or longer procedures, a dedicated sedationist provides light sedation, so you stay relaxed and comfortable throughout.

Your treatment journey

From consultation to fixed teeth in 4 clear steps

Each stage has a clear purpose. At the end you receive a written plan with the timescale and cost of every step.

Consultation

We talk through what is bothering you, check your gums and remaining teeth, and explain your options in plain English.

3D CT scan and digital plan

We take a CBCT scan right here in the clinic. On the 3D image we measure the bone and choose the ideal position for each implant.

Technology

We see everything before we begin

Precision is never down to luck. We invest in equipment that shows us exactly how much bone you have, where the nerves run and how the final result will look.

3D CBCT scanner

Three-dimensional imaging with a low radiation dose. It shows bone volume and nerve position, so your implant is placed safely.

Intraoral scanner

No impression putty and no gagging. In a few minutes the scanner builds an accurate 3D model of your teeth.

3D-printed surgical guide

A custom template that directs the drills along exactly the planned path. Shorter surgery and an easier recovery.

Implant Pro Centre began with a simple idea: anyone who needs implants deserves a team that does this every single day, with the right equipment, all under one roof.

We have three treatment rooms, an imaging suite with a 3D CT scanner and a strict decontamination protocol, checked for every instrument. We only use titanium implants from manufacturers backed by long-term clinical studies.

FAQs

What patients often ask us

Can't find your answer? Call us on 020 7946 0000 and one of our dentists will explain.

Does having an implant fitted hurt?

The procedure is done under local anaesthetic, so you won't feel pain. Once the anaesthetic wears off you may have some mild tenderness for 2–3 days, easily managed with ordinary painkillers.

How long does the whole treatment take?

Usually between 3 and 6 months: the implant needs 2–4 months to bond with the bone, then the crown is made. If bone grafting is needed, it can take longer. You'll know the exact timescale after your scan.

Will I be without teeth while it heals?

No. In visible areas you'll have a temporary restoration, and with All-on-4 and All-on-6 most patients leave with fixed temporary teeth on the day of surgery.

I have diabetes or take blood thinners. Can I have implants?

In many cases, yes. Well-controlled diabetes is not a barrier. Tell us about any medication you take and, if needed, we'll liaise with your GP or cardiologist.

How long does an implant last?

With good oral hygiene and annual reviews, an implant can last a lifetime. The crown on top may wear over time and, if needed, can be replaced without touching the implant.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes. 0% interest finance is available over 3–12 months, subject to status. You can also pay in stages as your treatment progresses.
