What personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and US state privacy laws.
Last updated: 6 November 2026. This policy explains what personal data we collect through logo1-design.com, why, and what rights you have. It is written for visitors and clients in the United Kingdom and the United States.
1. Who we are
logo1-design.com is run by SUIF GRUP SRL, trading as Logo1, a company registered in Romania (European Union):

We are the “controller” of the personal data described here. For any question about your data, email office@logo1.ro.
2. What we collect
- What you send us through our forms, by email or on WhatsApp: your name, business name, email, phone number, country, town or city, website address, the design you chose and your message.
- Project information, if you ask for a demo or become a client: the text, photos, logos and details about your business that you give us to build your website or logo.
- Billing details, if you buy from us: the name and address on the invoice and payment records.
- Technical data: like any website, our server records your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, in security logs.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on logo1-design.com. See our cookie policy.
3. Personal proposal pages
We sometimes prepare a personal proposal page for a business (an address such as logo1-design.com/for/business-name), showing our website designs with the business name. We prepare these pages using public business information only: the business name, its town or city, and its public website or listing. The pages are not listed in search engines. If you would like us to remove a page about your business, or stop contacting you, email office@logo1.ro and we will do so.
4. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We only share it with:
- the companies that host our website, our internal systems and our email, with servers in the European Union;
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp;
- our accountants and, if you choose to set it up with us, your hosting provider;
- public authorities, only where the law requires it.
6. Where your data is stored
We store your data in the European Union. For visitors in the UK: the UK recognises the EU as providing adequate protection for personal data. For visitors in the US: by contacting us, your data is processed in the EU, under EU data protection law. If a provider we use processes data outside the UK or EU, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Requests and conversations that do not lead to a project: up to 3 years from our last contact, then deleted.
- Client and project records, invoices: as long as Romanian accounting law requires (currently 10 years for accounting documents).
- Server security logs: a limited period, then deleted automatically.
8. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to: access a copy of your data; correct it; have it deleted; restrict or object to how we use it; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. Email office@logo1.ro; we reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in Romania, where we are based, the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first.
9. Information for visitors in the United States
Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. We give these rights to everyone, wherever they live: just email office@logo1.ro. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not collect sensitive personal information through this site. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. This site is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
11. Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to our systems is restricted, and we keep regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
