Last updated: 6 November 2026. These terms apply when you ask us for a demo, a quote or a website or logo through logo1-design.com. Please read them before you buy.

2. The free demo

When you ask for a demo, we build a working preview of your new website using the details and photos you give us, or public information about your business. The demo is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We may decline a demo request, for example if the content is unlawful.

3. Ordering and price

If you like the demo, tell us you want the website. We then confirm by email what is included, the price and how to pay. A contract is formed when we send that confirmation and you accept it.

The price for one website is £399 for clients in the United Kingdom and $399 for clients in the United States, paid once. The price includes the design and build of the website and its installation on your hosting. It does not include hosting, domain names, paid third-party services, logo design or later changes. If you need hosting, we can set it up for you in the UK or the US for a separate price, which we quote before you decide. We confirm the final amount to be paid, including any tax that applies to your order, before you pay.

4. Delivery

We aim to have your website ready within 7 working days of your go-ahead, provided we have the content we need from you. We will tell you promptly if anything may cause a delay. You are responsible for giving us accurate content, and for having the right to use any text, photos, logos or other material you send us.

5. Payment and ownership

We will tell you the payment methods available when we confirm your order. Once you have paid in full, the website design and the content we created for you are yours to use for your business. Third-party components (such as fonts, stock images or software) remain subject to their own licences, which we choose so you can use them on your website. We may show the finished website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Your right to cancel (consumers in the UK)

Our services are aimed at businesses. If you buy from us as a consumer in the United Kingdom (for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel within 14 days of the day the contract is formed, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly by email to office@logo1.ro. We refund you within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method.

If you ask us to start or complete the work within those 14 days, and the service is fully performed within that period, you will lose your right to cancel once it is complete, and we will ask you to acknowledge this. If you cancel after asking us to start but before we finish, we may keep a fair amount for the work already done.

Consumers in other countries keep any cancellation rights that the mandatory consumer law of their country gives them.

7. Changes and support

If something we built does not work as agreed, tell us and we will put it right. New features, new pages or design changes after delivery are quoted separately before we start.

8. Our responsibility

We do our work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. For business clients, our total liability for a project is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. We are not responsible for hosting, domains or third-party services that we do not provide.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at office@logo1.ro; we will try to put it right quickly.

We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you place your order applies to that order. Our privacy policy explains how we use personal data.
